It’s time for our series, Vintage Picks of the Week! We scour the internet looking for just the right piece of vintage to add to our decor, and include ideas on how we think these pieces could be used.
The Picks this week are brought to you by Tina at GirlPickers.
Vintage Schoolroom Chalkboard
What I Like About It: I like that it has a wood frame and it’s on a stand so it could be moved as needed.
How I Would Use It: I take a lot of photos and this would make a cool backdrop for those. When I wasn’t using it for photos, I would write motivational quotes on it.
Vintage School Chairs
What I Like About It: I like that they are wood which has such a warm feel.
How I Would Use It: These chairs are small and could be used for plants or in a corner to display other vintage treasures until they are needed as seating.
Vintage Laboratory Workbench
What I Like About It: Everything! I love the swing away seats and all those drawers! You can see the history in it’s finish.
How I Would Use It: This would make an awesome island in the kitchen. It would also be an excellent work area in my office. It’s already sold but I just had to show it to you.
So there you have it! My three favorite vintage picks for the week! Make sure to check back to see what items are on the Pick List next week!
