Vintage Picks of the Week – Vintage Baskets

Vintage Picks Of The Week

It’s time for our series, Vintage Picks of the Week! We scour the internet looking for just the right piece of vintage to add to our decor, and include ideas on how we think these pieces could be used.

The Picks this week are brought to you by Pam at Vintage Renude.

Woven Wall Baskets

What I Like About It: What a fabulous idea! I adore the carefree look of this vignette. Perfect for updating your home for summer.

How I Would Use It: I would use these baskets just as they are to add some lighthearted decor to a wall for a quick easy breezy look.

Becket Gathering Basket

What I Like About It:  The color of this basket got me right of the bat. Antique baskets have such a wonderful patina from years of use.  They just get better with age.

How I Would Use It: This would be a perfect basket to roll up towels for guests or use for that nagging collection of magazines that always builds up in the corner.  It would even work for collecting the kids toys.

Anitque French Rattan Banneton, Bread Basket

What I Like About It: This gorgeous basket has such great lines. The shape is reminiscent of an old fishing kayak and reminds me of the sea.

How I Would Use It: I would set this in the center of the dining table and fill it with fresh fruit. Wouldn’t that make a lovely centerpiece?

So there you have it! My three favorite vintage picks for the week! Make sure to check back to see what items are on the Pick List next week!Hand pointing right | Antique Design Illustrations
