It’s time for our series, Vintage Picks of the Week! We scour the internet looking for just the right piece of vintage to add to our decor, and include ideas on how we think these pieces could be used.
The Picks this week are brought to you by Laurie at NextStage Vintage.
1970s Swedish spice jars
What I Like About It: Etsy shop AuroraNordicVintage has the real Swedish goods, mostly because the shop is based in Sweden. Ultra charming pottery jars have sweet tulips that would fit with a ton of decor styles.
How I Would Use It: In the craft room. The cork stoppers are begging to be used as pin cushions.
Triomphe glass jar canister set
What I Like About It: The clean lines and the incredible graphics. RetroSpecList on Etsy is offering a set of 4. One jar would be good, four, paradise.
How I Would Use It: To bring some style to my kitchen counter.
1960s Italian Empoli art glass jar
What I Like About It: Art glass at it’s best. The satisfying proportions, the scale, the height. This footed glass jar from 2-b-modern on 1st Dibs is all that.
How I Would Use It: As a statement piece somewhere that sunlight will make it glow.
So there you have it! My three favorite vintage picks for the week! Make sure to check back to see what items are on the Pick List next week!
