Vintage Picks of the Week – Typography

Vintage Picks Of The Week

It’s time for our series Vintage Picks of the Week! We scour the internet looking for just the right piece of vintage to add to our decor, and include ideas on how we think these pieces could be used.

The Picks this week are brought to you by JayDee at ThirdShift

Typography On The Wall

What I Like About It: I love numbers displayed prominently on a wall. Whether the numbers are marking floors in a building or are just there to display your lucky number, I like the look.

How I Would Use It: I would love to hang a large vintage number sign on the walls in our house. The number 3 is a special number to me, so that number would have to hang in my office.

The Key to Mental Arithmetic

What I Like About It: This vintage poster has such a great look! I love seeing all the numbers around the circles and the black and white with a dash of red really catch my eye.

How I Would Use It: I think this poster would be perfect in an office. I’d love to frame it and display it my office!

Graphic Wall Clock

What I Like About It: My favorite colors – black, white, and yellow! I love the big bold numbers on this clock, and the colors are sure to catch your eye.

How I Would Use It: While I think this clock would look very cool in an office, I could also see it used on a deck or patio in a protected area outside. The bright yellow would add a splash of color, and you’d always know when it’s time for “Happy Hour”.

So there you have it! My three favorite vintage picks for the week! Make sure to check back to see what items are on the Pick List next week!Hand pointing right | Antique Design Illustrations
