Vintage Picks of the Week – Baskets

Vintage Picks Of The Week

It’s time for our new series, Vintage Picks of the Week! We scour the internet looking for just the right piece of vintage to add to our decor, and include ideas on how we think these pieces could be used.

The Picks this week are brought to you by Dot at Attic and Barn Treasures.

Large Wicker Provisions Hamper

What I Like About It: I like the attached lid and the simple country styling. This basket is the perfect size (20 x 14 x 11) for either display or use.

How I Would Use It: I would use as intended – perfect for a picnic take along or as extra storage on a nursery shelf.

Big open vintage basket 1930, Dutch

What I Like About It: Who wouldn’t love this huge basket! I adore the open weave to show off the items stowed inside.

How I Would Use It: This would be wonderful to show off the bright colors of your extra blankets!

Half Round Hanging Basket

What I Like About It: I love flat back hanging baskets and this one is just beautiful! The perfect way to bring a natural accent into your home.

How I Would Use It: Hang in your kitchen and fill with dried herbs or in your entryway and fill with dried plants and flowers.
