Vintage Picks for Saturday – Rustic Metal

Vintage Picks Of The Week

It’s time for our new series, Vintage Picks of the Week! We scour the internet looking for just the right piece of vintage to add to our decor, and include ideas on how we think these pieces could be used.

The picks this week are brought to you by Tina at GirlPickers

Metal Olive Bucket

What I Like About It: These buckets have been on my radar ever since I first seen them.   I like the holes and the handles and of course I like that it is galvanized.

How I Would Use It: Because it is almost fall, I would use these as decor filled with small pumpkins.  And then for the holidays, I would paint some pine cones red and white and some natural ones too and maybe add a plaid bow.

Chicken Nesting Box

What I Like About It: The question should be what do I not like.  This is on my radar too.  I like the divided spaces, the numbers and that it is rustic metal.

How I Would Use It: I would hang this on the wall above a sideboard and fill it with pottery and collectibles.

Industrial Metal Basket

What I Like About It: I absolutely love the porcelain number plate on these metal baskets but then I like vintage signage.

How I Would Use It: I would use several of these in my pantry to keep things organized but I would also want them in my kitchen anywhere you would use a basket.  I just want them!!
